Privacy

This site collects six fields, and nothing else.

This policy describes a real processing operation. It mentions no purpose this site does not pursue, no tool it does not use, and no data it does not collect.

Last updated: 6 September 2026

In short

  • The contact form is the only collection of data by the site itself; hosting adds technical logs, described further down.
  • That data is used to answer your enquiry. It is not sold, transferred, or used for advertising.
  • The site sets no advertising tracker and runs no script from another domain.
  • You may at any time ask for access to your data, its correction, or its erasure.

Data controller

The controller is the company identified below. The values on these lines are not translated: they are read off the registry papers.

It is entered in the Cyprus register of companies, kept by the Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property.

Registered name
DEXLAY LTD
Registration number
HE 481406
Registered office
Themido 8Apsis Building, Office 3016057 LarnacaCyprus

Data protection officer

The publisher has not appointed a data protection officer: it falls into none of the three cases in which Article 37 GDPR requires one. Requests concerning personal data are handled at the address given at the foot of this page.

Data collected

The contact form collects six items, all of them entered by you:

Nature of the enquiry
one of the four options offered.
Full name
so we know whom to answer.
Company
to situate the enquiry.
Role
optional.
Work email address
the only channel we reply through.
Message
what you describe of your situation.

The site collects nothing you have not typed: no advertising profile, no named browsing trail, no data acquired from a third party. It does not ask for a phone number.

To this is added what no website in the world can avoid. To serve a page, the host receives the connection and logs it: IP address, timestamp, address requested, browser type. An IP address is personal data, and writing that here rather than leaving it out is the only way this page can be exact.

Those technical logs belong to the host's operations — delivering the site, absorbing spikes, turning away abuse. The publisher does not consult them to identify you, does not cross-reference them with any form data, and draws no measurement from them: audience measurement is a separate processing operation, described further down, and it writes nothing on your device.

Purpose and legal basis

This data serves one purpose: to read your enquiry, answer it and, where appropriate, prepare the conversation that follows.

The processing rests on the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, and, where the exchange does not lead to a contract, on the publisher's legitimate interest in answering a business approach, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f).

No automated decision is made on the basis of this data, and no profiling is carried out.

Providing this data is voluntary: nothing obliges you to write. Without it, the publisher simply has no way of replying to you — that is the only consequence of declining.

Who has access

Your data is read by the publisher's consultants concerned with your enquiry, and passes through three technical providers:

Vercel Inc.
hosting and delivery of the siteUnited States, deployed in Germany
Resend Inc.
delivery of the email generated by the formUnited States, processed in Ireland
Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited
the publisher's mailboxEuropean Union

Each acts as a processor, on the publisher's instructions and under a data processing agreement. No data is sold, rented or passed on for advertising purposes. Should the publisher be sold, merged or reorganised, that data could be passed to the acquirer only on condition that it undertakes to process it under this policy.

Transfers outside the European Union

Vercel Inc. and Resend Inc. are established in the United States. The resulting transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, supplemented by the technical measures described below.

Retention

This page gives a criterion, not a number of years. The regulation allows that where a fixed period is not workable, and it is not workable here: enquiries arrive in the publisher's business mailbox, where no automatic purge would enforce a deadline. A figure on the screen would be a promise, not information.

The criterion is this: an enquiry is kept for as long as the business relationship it opens may continue. One that leads to an engagement then follows the life of the corresponding contract file, and the accounting and legal obligations attached to it.

Erasure, on the other hand, is guaranteed on request and without your having to give a reason: write to the address at the foot of this page and yours is deleted. That is the route that produces a real erasure, and it is open to you at any time.

Cookies and trackers

This site sets no advertising cookie, no social network pixel and no third-party tracker. It therefore displays no consent banner, because it has nothing to seek consent for.

A single cookie exists, and it is written only if you change language: it remembers that choice for one year, it is read by this site alone, and it contains nothing other than “fr” or “en”.

Audience measurement

The site counts its visits with Vercel Web Analytics, its host's own tool. The measurement is aggregated and COOKIELESS: no identifier is written on your device, and no profile is built.

What is recorded is the page viewed, the country, the type of device and, where applicable, the site you came from. None of it identifies you, none of it is matched against the form data, and none of it is passed to a third party.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only, runs no script from another domain, and forbids, through its content security policy, the loading of any external resource. These choices are verifiable by anyone, from the site's response headers.

The form is protected against automated submissions and rate-limited. Exchanges with the site and the delivery of emails are encrypted in transit.

Your rights

You have the following rights over your data:

Access
obtain a copy of the data concerning you.
Rectification
correct inaccurate data.
Erasure
ask for it to be deleted.
Restriction
ask for the processing to be frozen.
Objection
object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Portability
receive your data in a machine-readable format.

These rights are exercised at the address given below. The publisher answers within one month.

Complaints

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the Cypriot supervisory authority — the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, dataprotection.gov.cy — or to the supervisory authority of your habitual residence.

Marks shown

The names and logos of organisations shown on this site belong to their respective holders. They are cited for the sole purpose of identifying engagements, and their presence implies no partnership, sponsorship or endorsement on the part of those organisations.

Any request for removal may be addressed to the publisher, who will act on it.

Governing law

This policy is governed by Cypriot law, and disputes relating to it fall to the courts of the place where the publisher has its registered office. That takes nothing away from the mandatory rules that protect you, nor from the right recalled above to bring a complaint before the supervisory authority where you live.

Changes

This policy is updated when the site changes a processing operation or a provider. The date it was last updated appears at the top of the page.
